In case of any conflict between Apple’s EULA and these Terms of Use, Apple’s EULA will take precedence.

Purpose

The App is intended solely for educational and informational use by pilots and aviation students. It is not a replacement for official Boeing documentation, airline procedures, or regulator-issued materials.

Subscriptions & Payments

Access to premium features requires a subscription, available via Apple In-App Purchase. Payments are processed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s billing terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Intellectual Property

All content within the App (including questions, illustrations, logic, and layout) is copyrighted and owned by Flighttrainer Aviation Apps or its content providers. No part of the App may be copied, distributed, or reused without explicit permission.

The App and its content are provided “as is” without any warranty. While accuracy is a priority, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of the information. The developers are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the App.
